I agree that it was extraordinary that this large group of passengers got away with making so much trouble on the outbound flight, only to (inevitably) do the same on the return. Surely, for the protection of the crew and passengers on the inbound journey, something should have been done? Maybe there is an aspect to the situation we don't know about, but I would really like to understand the reasoning behind the decision to let them continue unchallenged. Can anyone explain?
