Between a rock and a hard place
Anyone know the procedure after your ATPLs expire, ie full retakes required ect??.
I have been training for the last 2 and a half years part time, as well as working and paying a morgage and an unexpected little fella ariving on the scene!!.
My ATPLs expire in May 2010 and i still have the CPL/ME IR to do. My current view is that it would be lunacy to carry on and take out a loan to continue flight training, but you all know what you had to go through to get them done in the first place and would dread having to do them all again!!.
I have some very good contacts in a couple of airlines who suggest getting it done anyway for next year, but my head and wallet tell me otherwise.
