I was responding to a post that "It does not happen at Qantas." SH and LH are BOTH equally a part of Qantas.
Issue was the red satchel/docs never made it to the aircraft, and that the CSM did not have possession of their passport.
Said CSM has spent 95% of their career to that point in LH division and was working on an aircraft he had worked on many times at LH (763).
But allow me to excuse myself. LH are better than SH...
