There is talk some would take a Dash position rather than work for NJS and lose the benefits
Are the 'benefits' that great that one would be better off with a command on a Dash 8 vs command on a 146 or even F/O slot for that matter?
I know several airline people who purchase full fares when they travel because they're well and truly over doing the sub-load thing.
I guess it's up to the individual to do their sums.
