I know that there used to be a Canadian registered C208B operated by Sander Geophysics in Oz. It was there for about 2 years in total. I'm not sure of what regulations or special permission they required but I do know that they brought their own pilots with them. I haven't the faintest idea about recently if this is still allowed as Sander brought their C208B back a while ago. Good luck flying "the bush".
