repa's location just about sums him up, hiding behind those that came after him.
Forever blaming your own lack of progress on other, younger/newer joiners reflects the sad lack of effort put in by the so-called 'activists' that repa and camel try to appear to be.
Spending hours, even days in front of the computer, filling pprune with such negative and vituperative whingeing seems such a waste of effort when they might be doing something far more useful to address their collective angst.
Slagging-off endlessly and repetitively those who appear to be 'realistic' seems to be the only area of accomplishment in their miserable and misguided existences, so far.
Perhaps you might do as was suggested some months ago. Go and see the man and tell him exactly how you think the situation in Ryanair might be improved. The door will be off the hinges because the Irish Gov't have kicked it in whilst enforcing the new working practices/union recognition laws.
Make it your New Years resolution to do something useful for a change.
