I refer the learned () gentlemen to post 317.

Still nothing new to say, the cats are still trying to scratch each others eyes out & grim is still in denial over the existence of capital letters

As slim said, you cannot comment on others contracts as you never really know what will have been added / deleted / changed from person to person.
Suffice to say that it is a fairly unsatisfactory state of affairs that a contractor has more rights to work a certain amount if there is a shortfall of flights ,than a full time employee, but that is hardly the individuals fault.
At the end of the day without effective collective representation it is just another item in the long list.

I repeat again in simple terms, many things are wrong, I don't think we can deny that, but in the current "situation" with the current "workforce" what to do. The present state of affairs where we come on here and waste time abusing each other must be of great comfort to those tasked with reducing conditions further. Collectively, great job guys
