Well, AAE has a lot to answer for, service-wise.
The company Mrs. Jarse works for (a large geotechnical engineering concern) are having serious regrets after changing from TNT to AAE. When they were with TNT, their satchels/freight almost always arrived next day. AAE, when they tendered for the contract guaranteed next day delivery.
Sadly, almost all their stuff now arrives 2nd or 3rd day on AAE. When Mrs. Jarse rings AAE chasing urgent consignments she is met by generally rudeness and indifference from the other end of the phone. NOT a good way to do business IMO. Don't incur the wrath of Mrs. Jarse, AAE. You will lose
Needless to say, AAE are about to lose a significant customer.
