They didn't completely pack their bags, Dublin has always operated through thick and thin. Agreed the Airport has a lot more to lose this time if they do fall out with FR - but why this obsession in the UK of wanting succesful companies, whether you love or loathe them, to fail? Just be happy for once
I don't see any other carriers on the horizon for BHX that could offer the same range of destinations or frequencies that FR currently do.
OP is right, without FR, November pax figures would have been grim.
