As mentioned before, the enroute charts are not that well aligned.
They appear to be German-centric. When looking at the chart locator index for Europe, all the charts branch out of that country, for some reason
So when crossing scandinavia enroute to NA you find you have to use every second chart to get through.
The text is easier than Jepp though.
