I travel BA lots for work; its really noticeable how in the last 10 years of using them that the quality of service, lounges, less for your money etc etc all has gone down hill with the ticket prices seemingly more expensive then the other carriers and their fare rules being really restrictive.
When I can, I switch to the others like Emirates, Virgin, Singapore etc. Much better services.
