Visual - to put it bluntly, no.
You'd have to get your licence converted to a UK CAA one, and the only way to so that is to do the aerodrome and approach courses in the UK, (at a cost of approximately £13k each course).
Even then it's highly likely that you would not be considered until you had validated the ratings in the UK and got yourself acouple of years experience in the UK.
Although their is a shortage of experienced fully rated ATCOs in the UK, there is no shortage of partially qualified inexperienced ones.
