The 10 hours I think are a parachute federation requirement, and yes they are in command. There is a reason for owners being selfish with their 206...far to easy to brake a nose gear on a bad landing...that sort of thing.
lastly, if you are considering a jump ship "job"....charge, get paid, dont work for free, set some standards, you are a professional, dont matter if scabs do it for nothing, it will bite you later on otherwise, I promise. It being a "private" (hahaha) operation is VERY relative. Why do others make squillions out of this "private" operation? Think before you jump into it. And have fun.
