One-page CV, then an interview and possibly simcheck is the way to go. IMHO.
No, that's still too much, come on, I am handsome, drive a car which no recruiter could ever afford himself, and I just bought a hour-building package on an A320. I've really done enough. I'd expect to sit at home now, and let those airlines come and call me, with some good offers.
