Just out of curiousity..
How many of you experienced professional pilots finally don t fill in the application forms due to the over extensive information required(school marks,copy of photograph/logbook/LPC/Medical/driver licence/ex employers......)
Wouldnt a cv suffice for the inintial selection? or is this more to do with the airline recruiters to reduce the number of application?(IE if a pilot badly wants to work for us he/she will go through all the steps)
Went to check EVAAIR..would be interested but the application is 10 pages long!!
