If its okay for a Chieftain with
1x Garmin TSO'd GPS to do GPS NPA, why is it that "CASA will not certify" an aircraft with
2x TSO'ed GPS,
2x strapdown Inertial Nav, with backup Radio nav updating and off-side VIA standing by as a hot spare?
