I don't want to go into specifics but the figures look pretty good for a 3-4 year rotating F/O going to CNS and for someone who is about to or has just become a Captain in a similar position bid wise.

Don, I think one will get knocked down in the rush of currently junior F/Os who will have the chance to be permanent pattern line holders (effectively) and as a majority are single, to live the high life in CNS.
Skippers is a little harder to judge. About 35% of the guys I've spoken with have expressed interest depending on the package. The 'package' isn't that well known at the moment (I only found out about it earlier today (from someone who was speaking to someone etc) but for a junior Captain with out too many ties to their home city of Sydney or Melbourne it could be a good deal- especially if it takes away from the endless MEL-SYD- BNE stuff.
Now all I have to do is convince Mrs Keg to move to Cairns.
