Intriguing subject. I have never worked for FLS but have been a customer of theirs in the past when I was with Air 2 Bob.
As a customer it was plainly obvious that the marketing/management and the hangar floor production just never communicated. The aircraft were only out on time due to good guys on the floor.
As an outfit they have always had this situation. How can they seemingly have work lining up outside the hangar, nose to tail aircraft and yet never make any money? This was their case even as FFV and before.
What is stranger is that the FLS parent company seem to let this happen. Lets face it with a decent management structure in place and some realisitic marketing, they could clean up.
Are there hidden agendas here? are they getting huge EC grants and tax breaks as a corporation for the losses? for all of this and basically don't give a rats about you guys?
I'd be interested to know how you guys see it, better discussion that mud slinging, think you'd agree.
