Para 14.1.1
The operator of an aircraft shall ensure that all passengers are orally briefed (my emphasis) before each take-off on:
(a) smoking, including the prohibition of smoking in toilets; and
(b) the use and adjustment of seat belts; and
(c) the location of emergency exits; and
(d) the use of oxygen where applicable; and
(e) the use of flotation devices where applicable; and
(f) stowage of hand luggage; and
(g) the presence on board of special survival equipment where applicable.
