Aren't you rated on F-14s?
I don't know just how much weight the A320 rating will carry given you have little or no actual time. CEB will train an applicant all over again anyway--it has its own sim after all. But it certainly won't hurt to turn in your resume and get your license converted. The bus rating might be good enough to get your foot in the door.
There is a surplus of A320 F/Os at this point and a new batch just finished ground schooling. It is rumored to be the last A320 F/O class in a long while, although direct-hire captains are still welcome. The ATR division is hiring continuously though, so you might want to look into that. Captains, ATR or Airbus, are still in short supply.
