I'm with Shortfuel on this one. Without saying too much to damage the reputation of this "great carrier", the fact that the company is loosing many of its pilots at an alarming rate says it all. If you choose to put on horse-blinders, then that is your own choice. Sometimes the only way to see what a company is really like is to work for them. Is that your case OD?

P.S. There is only one female pilot at MEA. Considering there are close to 135 pilots, the female/male ratio, compared to the rest of the world's aviation industry, is well below average.
