Hi,
You are both correct concerning EBBR.
In the past,there is a back loc approach that had been published on rwy20. Nevertheless, after new equipment installation, the rwy 20 is equipped with an ILS (as rwy 25's and 02).
Rwy 07's are served by VOR approaches only.
Rwy 20 and 07's approaches are seldom (statistically).
