Back course EBBR ???

Something does not "click" in my old (former Belgian) mind here...
Being cleared for a back course to runway 07R...?
No such animal ever existed. Sure, you can land visually on 07R...
Sure, there is the ILS for 25L... Most common landing runway in BRU.
But you would never be cleared (by ATC) to use the back course.
No guarantee that if you tune LOC 25L, that the HSI will show anything reliable.
You can try, if unlimited CAVOK, to see "if it works"...
Or get a DME reading... To my opinion, BUB VOR 114.6 is better for runway 07R/25L.
