A degree will not get you into ATC, aptitude will. I work in the Institutional trsaining environment and have seen many students who, academically, are very good, but they cannot transfer those skills to the job. Try either Hungarocontrol or better still Eurocontrol, website,
www.eurocontrol.int and go from there. Good luck!
