I've been offered radar vectors to a back course at Brussels National. Like other British Operators, I had to decline as we're not trained for so not allowed to fly them. All the other inbounds accepted them so they must be OK for them.
Interesting. The AIP annotates all ILS at EBBR as

"No back beam AVBL. LLZ only reliable within 35° either side of course line."
