I believe you wouldnīt complain too much if you had a university degree that could take you to the right seat of an airline such as AEA. If you think this is unfair I invite you spend the next four years of your life studying hard in order to get a diploma and then be able to add the hours.It just takes time and dedication!

If candidate A and candidate B have the same training (ATPL) ,the same flight experience but one holds a university degree and the other not, then I think the one with the degree should get the job. Maybe the candidate without the degree is a better pilot BUT the other one has worked harder and managed to earn his degree.

During the 11-M terrorist attacks in Madrid an AEA employee who was just finishing his pilot cadet training in AEA died.Besides, here in Spain we have struggled with the ETA attacks since the 60īs and it is still today a major concern not only for the Government but for all of us, citizens.
