Hello Doctor. The problem with medics is they are type qualified on only one type that hasn't changed much in a couple of million years or so. When we aircraft maintainers move onto a new type we don't touch them until we've done the course. The best books for you to read are the ones that are issued during the course and you can't buy them from Amazon, I'm afraid. After finishing the type training you can move on to the Maintenance Manuals and other stuff that comes with the aeroplane.
