It might have changed, but in my times it was a very military orientated organisation and your face definitly has to fit in ! As far as I can remember back, the list of hopefulls is endless, especially on the falcon ! chances on the T-prop are better and salary used to be the same as on Jets, but not for low hours. when I left, some years ago, they started regruiting on the T-prop and if canditates were any good they got a chance on Falcon.
Falcon commands are mainly for ex military !
knowing somebody within the company is a huge advantage!
