Wouldn't say the ABZ-SSH route was too niche just too damn expensive particularly if you wanted accommodation as well which was vastly overpriced compared to other operators. Granted the majority of current holiday travellers up here stick to what they know but there are still a good lot of us who would have used the route at the right price. Why pay through the nose when you can travel to EDI/GLA or even fly to LGW/LHR or MAN and still pick up a better deal even with that additional travelling expense. A real shame, as ABZ takes one step forward and two back again
C2lass - hopefully you will be ok, unfortunately cannot speculate any more than that in the current climate. Gran Canaria tends to be similar to Tenerife which is always popular and is maybe not so scary for some Aiberdonians
