Yep the goverment just bin the whole student loan idea.

That way only guys and girls who really want to learn to fly will somehow get the money together and learn.

And don't give me the "and how are we suopse to get the money together than??" BS

If that was the case, (no student loans at all) than there will be no doubt less pilots going trough the flying schools.

It all comes down to demand and supply.

As long as there are pilots out there who would work for free, don't expect to get payed more than you do in the early stages off your career.

If there were a lot less pilots then operators will start to pay more for your qualifications.

I know it is not easy, and wish you all good luck. BUT it is your choise to be were you are. you could be flippen burgers at Mc Donnalds instead.
Just hangin there, do your time, build your hours and get your eagle/air nelson gig.

And don't forget to have fun in the meantime, won't be long and you will be doing long haul, getting bored stiff (but at least getting paid well) wondering what your missus is up to while you not home...
And wishing you could have another few hours with a clown like me trying to teach him to fly S/L and fly all the legs of the circuit lol

cheers
