Take a look at the TGL36. That's the Technical Guidance Leaflet explaining the requirements for the EFB. Be aware that the CJ3 with the IFIS is a Class 2 EFB. There may be possibility for approval if you set up a program where you demonstrate to have a decent back up. (paper charts, laptop with printer....)
