Saab 2000s only have 50 seats which is pretty useless to be honest from a capacity point of view. As for Atlantic, I don't think they are the sort of operator that the IAC will wish to use.
Skyways are a Swedish regional operator that used to have a mixed jet/prop fleet but think they just use F50s now. I have done some flying for them in the past in Sweden and they seem to have a nice set up over there.
Nothing has been formally announced as yet though.
