I had been looking at this with a tablet PC. FOI had not discounted it. Running Flightdeck on a tablet with integral GPS gives a fully independent nav source with everything available and you can set up the tablet to wake on power (that means you leave it in the rack behind P2 seat and it just comes on by itself when you put the master on). If you lose everything in the plane you are left with about 3 hours of battery on the tablet - enough for you to divert and get your trousers cleaned. The important thing in any of the CJ's is the extra room it gives you. Currently I can't put the seat all the way back because of all the pointless crap we have to carry around and I can't imagine how the guys who have CJ's on a worldwide AOC manage. Less relevent now the company I worked for have imploded but I'm happy to help if you want to progress it.
