99% of the "complaints" are generated by other airlines or so called watchdogs. I do not believe the public is in the slightest misled by the advertising. . .. .Ryanair's website has a very easy to use booking mechanism and all of their aiports have ground connections which can be easily understood from the website. . .. .Just back from another Ryanair trip to Biarritz. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="cool.gif" /> What a swizz <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> .... the airport was at least 10 minutes and a 10 Euro taxi trip from the town centre.
