Just came back from Frankfurt-Hahn on Ryanair out of Prestwick. The fare was £72 round trip. The closest I could get on Midland or BA to FFM from the northeast was nearly £400. Didn't mind the coach trip into FFM which cost £9. I gather Ryanair have had a 737 flying around with "Goodbye Lufthansa" on the side of the aircraft.
