. I can do a space shuttle approach from TOD no problem, it's the new comers I was talking about. Instead of letting them get a feel for the plane and then expand their envelope after they consolidate the basics, they're harped on to push it too far for their comfort level.
Do you ever stop to think the controllers have less tolerance because they don't have the time they used to back in the day to hold your hand and give you lots of room to do whatever you wish !?!
