Think some of the 'Old Britannia School' would say different if they were here with us today.
BY has had quite a 'Veteran' team over the years, But obviously the pilot's are coming in younger now.
Lol, I can picture 2 pilots now in their 60's flying a 732 back in the 80's.
And I remember one 'Old timer' in perticular who hung his boots up overnight, Gave no notice, And left a 757 stranded at LBA with the 1st off crew & pax waiting for him.
When BY eventually caught up with him, He simply admitted that he had had enough.
The 60 rule, I guess we have to change with the times.
