Initial class 1
Hi, I have my initial class 1 medical soon and just wanted to know from people who have been recently whether its embarassing or "probing" if you get my meaning. I'm not a fan of doctors and being nervous always puts my bp up so if anyone could reassure me about the whole process I would go in a bit calmer knowing what to expect.
Also is a bmi of 30.2 going to concern them at all? I'm in the process of losing weight but couldn't delay the medical any longer.
Any advice would be much appreciated!
