Gotta' agree with you there Jet_A'
It's ironic that in some measure it's the very stability of REX that makes applying leverage to improve the wages and conditions more difficult. So even though it kills me to see the loss of so many good people that otherwise would have stayed, I certainly wouldn't advise anyone to leave unless they had something "solid" to go to.
If you have the min quals for command upgrade Red', you could still do a lot worse than REX!
That is unless you are interested in a wages and conditions package comensurate with what a professional airline pilot should be paid in 2008. Now that's another story!
