"Have the weather" is the standard R/T phrase to let a tower know you've heard the AWOS.
Actually, "Minute Weather" is correct.

No-one uses the "November" prefix in the radio call.
It's commonly used, actually. For charter operators, "Tango November" is correct, but sees far less useage.
