EMS, in the US- Hospital food, sometimes free, sometimes discounted, still hospital food.

Gulf of Mexico- Tremendous variety.
Flew lunches to hands in the field once, which they opened and immediately emptied over the side. Back at the quarters, I shut down, went to the galley, loaded up and sat down. One of the hands looked at my tray, "I didn't eat that stuff."
"I like pea soup, not everybody does."
"That's not pea soup, that's chicken and dumplings."
My next contract flew crawfish out twice a year. Cajuns can eat some 'mudbugs, yeah." A TwinStar full up with gunnysacks of crawfish, corn, taters and onions, would feed 8-10 guys.
