VR. The big picture is all well and good but there's also an old saying about looking after the pennies. One thing that ND was very good at was not letting the company get away with ANYTHING. They knew that if they tried any contract abuse on his watch he'd be on to them so we saw very little of it. I'm not suggesting we vote him back in as pres but we could do with having him on the committee for his pure tenaciousness.
Whenever they try to pull one over any of our pilot group we should be on to them. The more we let slide, the more they take the p!ss. Whether it's the LEP bypass issue, a lack of regard for rostering agreements or their abolition of the FACA, we need to be on them sharpish.
