Yep, that sounds right from memory...........
I dont really think you need to buy an hour in the metro sim...... especially if your current in IF...... I turned up with no time....straight into the sim and could generally handle it especially if you have flown PA31's and bigger.....
the metro is pitchy and you have to lead/anticipate the turns as it resists rolling very quickly. apart from that its pretty straight forward sim session....
All nav aids are tuned already.
Hint for PNF: just try to give verbal help as much as you can with out bombarding the pilot with useless info. Things like speeds, decent profiles..... obviously radio calls.

With the interview, just try to relax.... its generally more friendlier than the Qantaslink interviews..... quite down to erth.... know the rex share price and be familiar with Rex value statement (found on website). Also, know IFR rules.
