The first MRA4 isn't due at Kinloss until early 2010 so an ISD of December 2010 is pretty optimistic.

The OCU had previously been extended to teach the AEO students how to add 5 degrees and 2 kts to any submarine tracking information
. I expect the course can be shortened now.
