'Trim'
Could someone please explain what BE's policy is on 'upsetting the aircraft trim' on Dash 8 aircraft? For some reason, squashed next to another passenger you can't even move to the seat on the opposite side of the aisle....
Also, what happned yesterday with the 0700hrs MAN-SOU service? Over two hours late with no reason given at all!
