It's high intensity work for the trainees
And for the rest of us dodging them in CTAF's up and down the east coast of Australia.
But, it
is a better idea than sticking them in the RHS for some poor c & t captain to train incessantly - or the unknowing pax in the back who expect experienced two crew on the flight deck - and get a recent graduate of the 'magenta kindergarten'.
