BA and NQY

NQY- was a slot saver the average load factor as already memtioned was 50 pax with yes the friday ex LGW and Sunday ex NQY being fairly busy. However some flights operated with 20-25 pax which on a J41 would be fine but on a 737 was financial stupidity. They gave the route over a year and because things didn't approve it was pulled.

Also all this rubbish about contempt for the regions. If BA didn't pull it's regional services. They might not have been a BA today. BA still codesshares with BE on flights ex BHX and MAN and operates services form LON to EDI/GLA/ABZ/NCL/MAN and JER. Last time I checked those airports were regional unless the geography of the uk has chanced.

BA gave the regions a chance they didn't use the routes they offered so they where pulled. BA is a business not a regional travel charity.
