Passneger numbers in the Uk have grown considerably yet the "home" airline has singularly failed everywhere with the exception of Heathrow. How can they remain British Airways with ample demonstrations of its contempt for anything regional.
It still amuses me how when they had the challenges of the T5 opening Management asked for additional staff from the ticket desks in the regions to be told " Sorry we shut them all down recently" Oh "did we?"
