I think not. You list his perks and attribute this to an inheritance, not so, He, me and all the others stood and faced down that which one day you will have to fight. In IR issues you are only as strong as your last fight and we could lose it all tomorrow if we allowed ourselves the luxury of throwing our hands in the air and rationalizing reasons to quite.
