I did my base training in 6 cicuits and hell one of the other guys took 12 circuits! No charge to his credit card!!
At the mo all type rating is done by outside companies so how people think FR make moeny out of it is beyond me!!
Yeah TR will become in house but when you got TRI's from different companies adding thier bit and own companies SOP's at all becomes a mess and well, the standard wasn't being met and some instances and this is not always down to the cadet! Keeping it in house should help to prevent this and BA/bmi/Lingus cadets all have the same problems! Welcome to your first job!
